General Shipping Information
- Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. Allow an additional 7-12 business days for domestic delivery.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
- For security reasons, we can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
- For security reasons, we may not intercept a package or alter its delivery once it has been handed over to the carrier. If you need to change any information for an order (shipping / billing address, payment information, etc.) you may request a cancellation of your order by contacting us immediately at [email protected] before item has been processed for shipment. If your order has been successfully cancelled, you may submit a new revised order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days after the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
Sale items are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The original packaging must also be included. To complete your return, you must contact us first for an RA # (Return Authorization #).
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds

Only items purchased at regular store price may be refunded. On-sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges may ONLY be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
We replace items only if they have a manufacturing defect. Merchandise with any manufacturing defects for an exchange is only available for the exact item ordered. No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence. For non-defective merchandise, items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size for additional 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If you need an exact replacement, send us an image of the defective merchandise and email it to [email protected] for review.
Not all merchandise may be available for immediate exchange, so please allow approximately up to 5 weeks for production of out of stock items.
To return your product, please contact us at [email protected] with the order number and “RETURN” in the subject. Once the return has been approved, ship the return to the following address:

You will be responsible for shipping costs accrued for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item worth over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for your package. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your return.
